Rodyum nedir

Rodyum dünyanın en değerli metallerinden biri olup platin, paladyum, rutenyum, iridyum ve osmiyumla birlikte platin grubu metaller adı verilen elementler grubunun bir parçasıdır.

Bu metaller benzer fiziksel ve kimyasal özelliklere sahiptir ancak rodyum en nadir ve en değerli olanıdır. Saf rodyum madeni yoktur, ancak rodyum yalnızca platin ve nikel madenciliği faaliyetlerinin bir yan ürünü olarak elde edilir.
