Delivery can take place in 2-5 working days from the date of purchase. (excluding public holidays)
Given that, for security reasons, our jewels are not all kept in the same location, delivery times can vary from two to five working days.
Orders for which a type of payment that must be verified (such as bank transfer or postal order) have been chosen: in these cases the order will be processed as soon as the payment has been verified.
Delivery takes place by insured courier.
The couriers we use generally deliver in two working day following the day of departure in the Europe, while for the rest of the world the shipping times vary from 4 to 15 days (Saturdays and Sundays not are considered working).
On the day of shipment, by 8.30 pm, we will send an email with the tracking code (you can also find the tracking code in your profile), thanks to which it will be possible to monitor the shipment directly online.
Shipping is done by insured express courier.
Shipping Address Change
If you noticed that you have inserted the wrong shipping address during the purchase, we recommend you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, so we will promptly change the address if the package is not already on its way.
