In Italian territory, delivery can take place in 2-5 working days from the date of purchase. (excluding public holidays)

Since, for security reasons, our jewels are not all kept in the same location, delivery times can vary from two to five working days.

Orders for which a type of payment that must be verified (such as bank transfer) has been chosen are excluded: in these cases the order will be processed as soon as the payment has been verified.

Delivery takes place via insured courier.

The couriers we use generally deliver the working day following the day of departure in almost all municipalities in Italy, with the exception of all the islands and some smaller localities, where delivery takes place within 48 hours (Saturdays and Sundays are not are considered working).

Delivery times in the european area vary from 48h to 96h depending on the state.

Delivery all over the world can vary from 4 to 12 business days.

On the day of shipment, by 8.30 pm, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking code (you can also find the tracking code in your account) thanks to which it will be possible to monitor the shipment directly online.

Shipping is carried out via insured express courier.

Change of Shipping Address

If you made a mistake with the shipping address during the purchase, we recommend that you immediately send an email to info@omniaoro.it or call the number +39 0881 030200 in this way we will promptly change the address if the package is not already on its way.

To facilitate delivery and avoid any possible mix-ups, please always include the house number and a telephone number in the shipping address, which is essential for the courier.
